Rev. Graves has been an evangelist, author, musician, and director of Lifeline Ministries for sixteen years. His travels throughout the northwestern U.S. and Canada have given him a solid overview of the church and ministry. Having led thousands to Christ, Benje brings tremendous passion and depth to VBC. Many Churches and individuals utilize his written and audio materials for training on discipleship and outreach. The Graves family consists of Benje, his wife Michele, and their five children. Benje holds a B.Th. from Lifeline Discipleship Center, which is now VBC.

Ernest is head of administration for Lifeline Ministries & VBC where he has served for the past five years. He is also an overseer with Lifeline Ministries and pastor of Vision Community Church. His love for God’s Word, and passion for the hurting, add a vital dimension to the training here at VBC. The Salmond family consists of Ernest, his wife Shannon, and their four children. Ernest holds an Advanced Ministry Diploma from Lifeline Discipleship Center, now VBC.

Don is the Senior Pastor at The Oregon Trail Church of God, a vital and rapidly growing congregation in Caldwell, Idaho. Rev. Bertelsen has been pastoring for the past fourteen years and brings a wealth of practical experience in local church ministry to VBC. His passion for teaching and the Word of God is a tremendous asset to the program. The Bertelsen family consists of Don, his wife Renee, and their three children. Don holds a B.A. in Pastoral Ministry & Bible, from Mid-America Bible College.

Derrick is the one you will most likely talk to if you phone the office. He is currently on his fourth year towards a Bachelor of Theology.  Derrick works full time for the college as Director of Student services.  He is also an Associate Pastor at Vision Community Church where he and his wife Heather are in charge of the youth program.

Heather keeps everything running smoothly around here. She works full time as the Office Administrator for Vision Bible College, Vision Community Church, and Lifeline Ministries.  Heather leads the youth program at Vision Community Church along with Pastor Derrick Farrell.  She is now on her fourth year towards a Bachelor of Theology. 

Renee is currently the music and worship director for the Oregon Trail Church of God. Her passion for music and for the worship of Jesus Christ are evident in her life and teaching. Music is a major focus here and Renee brings diversity and depth to the musical instruction at VBC. As mentioned above, the Bertelsen family consists of Don, Renee, and their three children. She holds a B.A. in Advanced Staff Ministry from Mid-America Bible College.

Neal has been an educator for over 30 years. He received his B.A. from Friends University and His Masters degree from The Kansas State Teachers College of Emporia. Neal currently teaches at Vallivue High School here in Idaho and together with his wife Deloras, heads the Christian Education department at Vision Community Church.
