There don’t seem to be enough Christians involved with purchasing up pieces of God’s green earth. It seems that there should be more people involved with this in order to make money to support themselves and their families. If this were the case, then there would be more Christian families that were able to have happy and wealthier lives. A lot of that extra wealth could then be cycled back into Christian charities and organizations. If this was happening, then the Christian community at large would grow stronger. 
In order to get involved with real estate investing, as a Christian business you just need to have a little saved money.
It is quite possible to purchase a home, fix it up a little bit, and then resell it. This process is known as “flipping a property”, and it can be quite profitable to those who are really good at doing it.
However, this is not the only way that one can make money in real estate. It is also possible to purchase the property, let it sit for a long period of time, then just resell it. In this scenario, you are going to make your money slowly. The trade off is that you are not going to have to put any work into it yourself other than basic upkeep.
As stated earlier, in order to get your foot in the door with real estate investing, you are going to need some funds to be able to pull this off. If you do not have the money in savings, that means you would have to borrow money. Obviously, you do not want to get involved with something like this if you are not fully prepared for it. Make sure that you have considered how this will impact your personal financial future before you ever get started in real estate investing. Once you have considered all of this, then you are ready to make the call about if you will be a Christian in real estate investing.
